On Thursday September 26th, 2024 the Industry Partnerhsips Team (IPT) under the Classroom to Career Hub celebrated HUGE success! The STEM Career Fair occurred on this day and they grew their student attendees by nearly 40% compared to Fall 2023! This is impressive! One of our remarkable ICAP-Industry Career Advising Professionals, Joe Rice, Lockheed Martin Space State, and Local Government Relations, met with students interested in learning more about internship opportunities today, 9/27/24. They have five paid internships available.All are part-time and year-round, and we will work around school schedules and other commitments.Two of the positions are entirely virtual, though there may be opportunities to work some in person over school breaks, etc.Two positions are partly virtual; they may work remotely much of the time but must be on-site at our Waterton Campus in Littleton, Colorado, at least a few times per month.The fifth position must be on-site at least occasionally at and near Kennedy Space Center in Florida, but it will be virtually much of the time.
